We will reimburse You within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods. The refund will be processed using the same payment method You used for the Order, with no additional fees.
To be eligible for a return:
The Goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days
The Goods must be in their original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized
Perishable items or those with expired dates
Unsealed items not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection
Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return transit. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Refunds will not be issued without proof of returned delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or were sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
